    Awful. Fudge Numbers. Unprofessional.This company is the worse to save yourself money and headache please stay away from T&M. I have a crown home and T&M is the company they used. I closed on my home June 2011 had to get compressor replaced 4/15/15 and now June 2016 I need another compressor. When you call to ask questions they get very rude. I spoke with Ashley and the owner they don't register the new equipment properly with the warranty company. The owner will tell you he will "fudge" numbers and once you tell him you don't do unhanded business he says I don't want to work with you. Which is probably a blessing because I would be going on #4 compressor if I use them again more then likely. They won't present paperwork showing that they register the equipment properly. I have never dealt with a company that get upset when you ask simple questions they do call themselves the "professionals" I thought that's what they were there for. This company customer service is at an all time low and speaking with the owner today I see where the disrespect and dishonestly comes from its starts with the leader. Just beware of T&M they are the worse!
