Emmanuel Ensor and his T.O.P. Construction company constructed a roof over our patio, installed a metal roof over the whole house, installed vinyl soffits and fascia, repaired the chimney, and replaced all gutters and spouts. His price was reasonable and his timing was quite acceptable. He was respectful of our property, our time, and our neighbors; and he and his crew were professional and conscientious, yet personable. As the project progressed, we requested additional items to be accomplished. Despite knowing the extra work would require extra time, he graciously worked it all into his schedule, striving hard to complete the project to our satisfaction. Not only did he succeed, he impressed. While Emmanuel exhibited strong construction knowledge, he demonstrated a good sense of value for optimal cost vs. benefit. He also went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, increasing the durability and improving the aesthetics.
We would definitely hire Emmanuel again and highly recommend his work.
