Shaw, Thomas Edward
Tom Shaw removed a manufactured home and built a site built house on my property. He said it would take about 6 months, it took 14. Educate yourself! Make sure you get lien releases after every job. He uses subcontractors and does not pay them. I was threatened with liens and paid directly to some vendors to avoid liens. He will lie to your face; he's not to be trusted. I am one of many who have experienced his underhanded business. He should be in jail.
