Tom and Ula were fantastic to work with for our home remodel project. We had bought a house that required updating to the kitchen/living room, primary bath, and primary bedroom. It was a fairly big project that involved converting one of the original guest bedrooms into the primary, along with considerable work to expand the tiny kitchen. Tom and Ula were great at listening to our goals, and providing options for us to get the project exactly where we wanted it. They were quick and responsive, and were thorough in explaining when something would be challenging to accomplish while offering alternatives as well.
The final plans were detailed, and Tom and Ula were extremely helpful in leading the permit process for us, which was something we didn't really know how to navigate on our own. We were easily able to pass all of Tom and Ula's work over to our contractor, with the contractor having minimal to no questions on what was laid out.
Overall, we're extremely happy with the project and how it ended up. We would definitely recommend T.U. Ciesielski Architects to friends and family!
