Permits
- Building permit records show that T Weber Construction has worked on 32 permitted projects.
We had a 6-8 week project that took 4 months. This was our experience. Make up your own mind:
1. They "forgot" to allow room in wall to put in a pocket door (which was on contract). Then, they wanted to change it to a swinging door, in a small toilet stall, then asked us for $250 to get the pocket door back in.
2. Brought in a square corner tub instead of planned rectangular tub, as planned. Square tub was over 8 inches shorter on bottom than needed and protruded into room entrance. Delayed project 3 weeks.
3. Recommended one large mirror over vanity to make room look larger, then, when discovered this special order mirror was more expensive, insisted that one large mirror would look "like a unibrow and two would really be better."
4. Promised to be at work on multiple days when no one showed up or even called. Excuses included: "sickness, broken truck, family emergency, and had to answer phone scam."
5. Our furniture, closet and floor went unprotected until requested. All of our clothes, shoes, books, electronics, et.c were covered with a layer of sheet rock.
