Partial roof replacement

$9,100

This company replaced the back part of my roof and it is now leaking more than it did when the old roof was up. Owner took money and ran. First standing in my living room explaining that we are all sealed up and water tight now to we need shingles that he could not do until spring. I am so lost right now. Hoped for better only to get worse. If I could give zero stars I would.
