One of the first steps was removing the old popcorn ceilings, which can be a messy and time-consuming task, but not for Tabban Painting. Ok were do I start I hired tabban painting after my wife said that her friend told here they used them I called Oliver and they came after the five times of calling, her friend had to call him to tell him to come here they came two weeks later to paint my place, the part of my condo that need to be painted was 1000. SQFT, He sent over a proposal to me for 2,350.00 to paint a 1000 sqft I thought that was height But I was willing to pay a little more to get a pro job I gave them a deposit of 1,175.00 fist day they paint the ceiling with a spay gun then painted the master bedroom I asked for the contract that we made changes too they would not give to me then they start with its not on the contact crap then I new this was not going to go well they finished the master bedroom had to paint two walls over again the painter was telling me its only two coats of paint if I want more I have to pay, the painter was carols I like to reefer him as the con man the next day the ceiling was lacking coverage he told me I did two coats I said it does not look right he says I have to pay more finally after arguing with him he did it, mean while he keeps telling me the moneys for the owner not me like I have to pay him too so I paid him 50.00 to paint the remainder of the ceiling now they came here with no vac or light so there working in the dark basically. Now they start to paint the living room/dining room I find out there using cheap paint with now primer in it Pro 200 they skim some holes on the sun/focus wall and the other dark walls it comes out perfect but one problem they patched part of the wall with skim and did not prime so the next day you can see threw the paint the patch marks were showing I told con man carols this does not look right he looks at me like oh well you want us do it again more money after arguing with him he paints it like crap then I tell him when I painted this place they sprayed the whole place in it was perfect try spaying it will that’s more money 300.00 so paid them the wall came out so bad it looked like a checker board then they said well you going to have to skim the wall Oliver tells me that will be additional 1,700.00 and I have to give them half down now were at 4700.00 and they bought the 4 gal of paint when I told him give ma a sample first so I had to buy a 5 gal of paint for 110.00 so now I’m in this for 4760.00 I’m really in it now they start skim the wall when I come in there rolling it in with a 14.00 buck of mud they made it in to two bucked by adding half with water I told them what’s this he said this is a new way of skim a wall I’m like I guess’ now the reason for doing this was because they could not paint the wall right and I had 4 creases in walls so basically they patched the lines and rolled mud with water on my wall I told the salesman I’m not doing this for the same result or worse he guaranteed me 95.99% that the walls would like they were bran new were they patched the wall it look tike I had 4 pregnant bellies on my wall the supervise Andrew was coming to fix them tried to fix one wall but still had bumps on the wall the other wall looked hideous I come home they paint them now bubbles stat come out on the paint be cause they rolled the 14 dollar of crap on my walls with water a created a moisture problem so I’m tying to call Oliver the owner he will not come her to address the problem or the salesmen or answer the phone or return my phone call, I tell carols to start the other bedroom and he will not he keeps working on the walls in the living room because they want to get them done first so they can collect the other have of the money for the skim job my wife blast the salesmen on the phone because he will not talk to me finally the start the guest bed room the next day they finished it one day I go to look at it and Carlos tells me we have a problem we broke your painting we can just replace the glass, so we when to get it fixed we get back they need to finishing a few things then they keep asking me to help them to move the bed back 5 times I go in the bed room there telling me you go here and I go here and the other guy go here and the guy go here the supervisor standing their watching we try to mo
