Made lots of promises, shotty work, did not finish any portions of project, missed all deadlines, blamed cusomer and the weather for why progress was never made, took as much money as possible, tried to hide necesary items as change orders and asked for that money in full and constantly asked for large payments, while not getting any work done. Made up lots of stories, Took the money and ran, caused lots of damage and sent their PM, Taylor Adkins, back on site to steal whatever they wanted during the day. Sad facts, but true. Would not recommend to anyone. They took over $100,000 without doing progress work for it. Stay away before you get scammed.

We wanted to have a patio roof added over our backyard patio that would look as if it were part of the original construction of our home. After having received three quotes and meeting with each contractor, we decided to go with Taber Residential. Nick Taber, the owner, was competitive in pricing to others and communicated well. He used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, competent in their respective trades, and courteous and respectful of our property. Diligence and dedication were shown to finish the work within the timeframe quoted. We are extremely pleased with the final results which far exceeded our expectations. It was a real pleasure working with Nick and his subcontractors. We are writing this unsolicited recommendation because we believe that exceptional work should be recognized. We would recommend Tabor Residential without any reservations.
