Avoid this contractor like the plague! He charged $6,000 to cover our chimney with an artificial rock material a year and a half ago, and seven months later nearly half of the "rocks" began falling off of the chimney. He sent someone out to make repairs and guaranteed we would have no further problems. But it's now 11 months after that initial repair and the rocks have begun falling again -- one nearly hit my wife and I as we sat on our patio. He is now refusing to do anything more than another patch job. The guy is rude and disrespectful -- and apparently doesn't know the value of a satisfied customer! He wasn't even able to make the chimney a uniform width and depth (which it was before he did his work)!
