    Tobey and TAC Construction is one of the most creative, visionary, and honest builders we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tobey took a very rough dream and blueprints we had and gave us all kinds of ideas to not only save money, but add to the quality of construction and aesthetics of the design. Not many builders combine a sense of integrity, commitment to the trade, unparalleled craftsmanship, and creativity/design eye the way Tobey does. His reviews were simply glowing and felt too good to be true until we had the pleasure of working with him personally and seeing in person what a stand up guy he is, not to mention, richly experienced builder. Tobey is so much more than a contractor - he has a depth of knowledge about each facet of the building project - from excavation to design to framing to engineering to finish work - that keeps the subs doing their very best work, under his guidance and accountability. His leadership skills, the way he is able to roll with changes and adjust course, the way that he can envision each stage of a project and advise accordingly, and the way he constantly and dependably and clearly communicates with the client through the process --- to say we were pleased with Tobey is such an understatement. When some of the best retired builders in Central Oregon strenuously recommend him, listen!
