I would give the highest rating to the principals at Tahoe Custom Pools in all categories for the help they gave me in my complete pool remodeling due to ongoing leaks. Jim Sanich was extremely knowledgable about the technical aspects and was very patient in terms of answering questions and educating me about the process no matter how much detail I requested. As an architect, I had a basic understanding of the components and trades involved but the day to day guidance he provided was invaluable to keeping me on budget and on schedule. The subs he provided all performed in a timely way and no change orders occurred. All in all, fair treatment and an excellent experience with great followup for what could have been a nightmare. I would recommend him and Tahoe Pools to anyone in need.

Jim and his crew did an outstanding job refinishing our plaster pool, cleaning our 20+ year old tile, installing a new salt system and re-plumbing for a new vacuum system. Jim stayed in touch every step of the way and always ensured he was on the same page with our wishes/budget. Thanks Jim!

I would highly recommend the services of Tahoe Custom Pools. They are a family owned and operated company that provides excellent service. Jim helped design a beautiful pool that would be best for the size of our backyard and at a cost we could afford. It was built in a efficient manner and Jim was always helpful to answer our questions. With his many years of experience in the pool business, Jim was able to give us helpful feedback that enabled us to make smart and informed decisions for our new pool. Thank you Tahoe Custom Pools!
