Horrible experience with this contractor- avoid at all costs! I should have been cautious when he was the only contractor available to perform any construction work. The good contractors are booked out almost a year in advance of their projects. He did not complete the work, there was no written contract and he charged exorbitant amounts for the work done including charges for materials and tasks that were not completed, authorized or agreed upon. Furthermore, he was not honest or forthcoming with invoices or updates. No pandemic practices were observed by himself or his crew-very sad.
