Tahoe Maintenance

Matthew is incredibly rude, combative, disrespectful and determined to argue with anyone he talks to. My property management company requires that we work with Tahoe Maintenance. I would recommend to avoid this company at all costs. They do poor work, rarely come on time, use band air fixes to make repairs. Matthew needs to be fired.

I worked with a lot of maintenance companies and maintenance guys. and Tahoe maintenance is the best I’ve known in 38 years. Without a doubt they get the job done. Matthew is a no BS guy. He knows shit. His job seriously. And he’ll get the shirt off his back for you. He’s streamlined his crews with the upmost proficiency. He takes on challenges and goes above and beyond so my recommendation is five stars I give them 10 if I could.

Tahoe Maintenance has been wonderful. The staff are helpful and friendly. I am very appreciative of the windows that were installed at the building I live at. The guys who Installed the windows were clean and polite.

Tahoe Maintenance built on a carport addition to our house. The project turned out very well. Construction was quality and built very solid for "any" huge snow load. We are so happy with the workers and construction. They were very experienced and the final product turned out beautiful and improved the value of the house. Have no problems with using this company for your house improvements. Thinking of upgrading our covered patio next.

I have rented from the property management company associated with Tahoe Maintenance for 10 years. I have dealt with Tahoe the entire time for all of the repairs on my home.
Recently I had to call the emergency after hours line at 1am because my water heater was spraying water literally everywhere and soaking my carpet, the walls, etc. Matthew called me back almost immediately and walked me through shutting off the water - and trust me he was patient, I know NOTHING of plumbing! Their water extraction person was to my home inside of an hour and I had a new water heater installed by the next morning.
They have been to my older home for all kinds of issues and it is always an efficient pleasant experience. Their techs are great, clean well spoken.
Im giving them a shout out for taking such good care of me during my water heater fiasco. Thank you Tahoe!! - Julie

The leasing company I rent my house through uses Tahoe Maintenance for repairs. They never show up when they say they are going to, Mathew is very rude, and 90% of the time they don't even show up or return calls. I submitted three maintenance requests it has been a month now and still I haven't heard anything from them. One of the problems I am trying to have addressed is a dead rotting animal in my attic, you would think that is something to address in a timely manner but yet again no one will get back to me about it.

The leasing company I have rented a condo from for the last two years uses Tahoe Maintenance. The first time I needed a repair, they were 4 hours late which pushed them to be at my home until 9:15pm to finish the job. Then months later with another issue, they scheduled to come at 11 but did not show up. They called the next and rescheduled for a week later only to not show up again. I took off work to be home for these appointments. I do not recommend this company, completely irresponsible!

This company did a great job, they are a pleasure to work with!
