- Building permit records show that Tailored Pools has worked on 11 permitted projects.
Stay away from this vendor, especially if you are building new pool!! There are several reasons for this:
1. They took 18 months to barely complete the pool build and with so many incomplete things still remaining, that too with constant follow up 2-3 times a week.
2. During each phase, even after I made payments on time and showed flexibility as per their need (check vs. card etc), I had to constantly follow-up. They missed ETAs provided by them numerous times.
3. After the last payment was made, they stopped caring about all remaining incomplete things that were supposed to be completed in the final and previous phases.
4. Daniel lies frequently to cover up. e.g. He told me that he applied for city permit and paid all fees and after a month, when nothing happened, I checked with the city to find out that he did not make any payments. I told him several times to be upfront but he is just habitual to lying and covering up.
5. The quality of work performed is poor. There are leveling issues on spillover edge, concrete patio and overall workmanship.
6. He just sends his crew but never visits himself to guide, supervise or make sure if the work is done right. I had to literally check with his crew many times myself to correct their mistakes.
