We bought a brand new home built by Taku construction last year. We’ve had multiple problems with the home already.
Our electricity in our one bedroom kept going out we had to reset the breaker to temporarily fix.
Finally they had someone come out to look at it.
And It still happens but less.
Our kitchen sink drain was caulked with the wrong product and gets gummy when wet and leaks when we fill sink. Sadly learned after water was all over cabinets and ground when thawing meat.
The quality of the build all together is low
I would never buy a home from them again and wouldn’t recommend for anything.
