Customer service is terrible! I’ve used this company for a couple of years and out of the four appointments we set up w/ them, 2 were NO SHOWS as we waited around all afternoon. When I called, during business hours, they never answered the phone, instead, letting it go to voice mail. We set our appts up 2 months in advance to be sure we get a firm date on their schedule.
When they installed our unit, Gene said he would take care of the paperwork regarding the rebate. He never followed through so we’re out $600.
Customer service is terrible and rude. The woman I talked to had no apology to give and claimed all the incidents above were not her fault.
I would never recommend Talegen Mechanical Services.
