Talon Construction has been hired to build a shell of a single-family house for us last year. The company was reliable, performed quality work, finished the work on time, resolved difficult lengthy permit problems, weather-related problems and communicated well with us throughout the whole process. Jon is very detail oriented and beyond professional. whether it's a big job or small, Talon Construction will do a beautiful job. Everytime the the day was over, the job site was super clean like they weren't even there! I would trust my friends and family to get work done with Jons company and I would definitely use them again!

Jon and everybody on his team did an amazing job with our deck project. I am very satisfied. He was always on time and made sure that I know all the time what is going on. I have not worked with a contractor/gentleman in very long time. I was even worried at one point if he will be upset since I was worried about the support of the deck which was more then half way done. I spoke to him and without a hesitation he fixed it and added a concrete pillar. He just said to me that he wants me to be happy with my deck. AND, I AM. Thank you Jon.

Needed a small bathroom remodel. I hired Talon as they really took the time and gave a bunch of great ideas of what to do with the small space. The communication for the whole project was awesome! Everyone did a fantastic job and the end product is beautiful

This kitchen remodel was small job so it ended up a week and half long than we schedule.

Jon and his team did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and always cleaned up every evening. We had an extremely challenging job to patch some very large holes in the walls (thanks to two boys) and paint the entire house. Everything looks great - it is like a new home. I did keep a punch list of open items and they were quick to attend to the items noted. Jon was extremely responsive to all our questions.

We had received quite a few quotes before choosing Novate. They were not the cheapest (not most expensive) but worth every penny. We are very likely going to use them again for some other projects.

Jon's honesty, and responsiveness is outstanding. He worked through a number of tricky problems to get our house to work for us at the budget we had agreed to. When I requested additions or changes, we negotiated and agreed to the adjusted cost. He was very flexible and accommodating.

I used this contractor to carry out an extensive remodelling of our property in St Charles. The project was complex and due to our requirements, the specification changed on a number of occasions. The contractors were adept in responding to these changes and made some useful recommendations/suggestions which has contibuted to the overall, final, excellent result.

I have worked with Novate both for projects at my own home and smaller commercial projects with the organization I work for.
