If you decide to have Tamaqua Appliance do any work for you I would suggest you get the agreement in writing. I needed some work on my washing machine and called to have it serviced. I spoke to a Chris and was told that it would be $90 for the service call to diagnose the problem and if I would agree to the repair they would order the parts and I would be reimburse half of the $90 service fee. I went ahead with the repair and the service tech that did the repair told me they would mail me the reimbursement, so I paid in full. Well when I called to find out when I would get the $47.70 back, they are telling me they have no such policy, OK, let me talk to Chris, he’s not in, can you have him call me, yes we’ll have him call you, guess what NO CALL. I have made several attempts to call to find out Chris again wasn’t in we will have him call you. He never called and will not returned my calls, so if this is the way they do business stay away from them I know I will they will never get me back.
