We recently purchased a new home. My husband's grandmother was coming to live with us so our new home needed some modifications. We contacted Tamarack looking for work to be done very quickly. It was right after the major storm that blew over all the trees so most contractors were extremely busy and booked out for many weeks. So when I contacted Tamarack I was expecting a small delay because of the storm damage and knowing that some equipment would need to be ordered for the modifications we needed on the house. They immediately came out to view the work that we needed done to prepare an estimate and was completed quickly! After the estimate came back at a lower rate than expected we immediately hired them. Upon payment they ordered the supplies that they would need for the shower modification. And all we had to do was wait for the shower to get there so they could start their work. Even though this was a large job they gave us an estimated time to completion of one week. Once they begin it literally only took a few days. They were amazing! The work they did was very detailed and did everything that we wished. Their crew was very professional, punctual, and friendly.
As the work progressed, we quickly realized that a few other modifications were needed, so Tamarack provided another estimate for the additional work and completed the work immediately after they finished the first job; fitting us in while working other jobs for other people.
For any other modifications we needed completed on the house, if they were unable to complete the work themselves (like plumbing, chimney sweeping, electrical… etc), they were happy to point us in the direction of other companies that were professional and that could help us.
I would definitely recommend Tamarack to others in need of a contractor! We were very happy with the crew and the work completed! Thank you so much for the hard work! Our grandmother was extremely happy with your work! And because of you, she can comfortably access areas of the home she wouldn't have been able to without you guys! So thank you!

Jon Hawley works for a modular home company. When he is not doing work for them he works other homes on the side, Once we signed a contract, it was very difficult to get in touch. He would not return phone calls and would refer me to Fagan construction to the point where I never called him. He was on the job site 3-4 times and lwe had 3 meeting, I think. He was in charge of the draws and did not do much else. I have a fixed contract, which is being ignored pretty much. I am out of money and into my retirement funds. Other contractors are helping me and fixing all the things that were done wrong. When he was finally fired by my brother-in-law, he demanded more money. If anyone ever asked me if they should build, my answer would be NO, HELL NO Also, neither he nor Fagan will show me any receipts for this projects
