Zach Tanner did a fantastic job on our home remodel. He always shows up on time with the proper tools. The job site was always clean and organized. Thanks Zach for job well done.

I hired Tancon Inc. in January 2018 to replace an upstairs balcony deck in my sun room. I interviewed several contractors and settled on Tancon Inc. because the contractor appeared to be professional and interested in the job although at the time his company had only been in business for 18 months. Unfortunately I was not present during construction. The grade of redwood for the deck did not match what was specified in the contract. It was an outdoor grade that was probably readily available at the lumber store. I believe the higher grade would have required a special order and a delay in the start of construction. That is a case of not paying attention to details and doing what was best for the company and not the customer. It wasn't until I visited my vacation home that I was aware of the different material used, and the deck was already completed. I did consider the construction to be sound although it was not formally inspected.
I was willing to have Tancon Inc. bid on the next phase of my sun room project to compare it to other bids. When the final estimate was suddenly spiked by 50% due to "increased costs" according to the contractor that included not just labor but materials such as paint, I realized that was too much accept. My experience with Tancon Inc. was hit and miss and I would caution people about low ball bids that can be a moving target. I would also recommend with any contractor it is best to be present during construction if at all possible.

Zach Tanner installed lament flooring in the entire downstairs area of our home, excluding the kitchen. Zack also installed the same flooring on our stairs. The work turned our excellent!! Zack demoed the old carpet flooring, renewed our original baseboards and installed the flooring all while working in an occupied home. The stair area had some though challenges in regards to angle and Zack was able to leave us with beautiful, final results. Zack is very organized and works very clean, never leaving a mess behind.
We would recommend Zack to anyone and plan to recommend Zack to our parents for some work they plan on doing in the next year.

Mr. Zachary Tanner always arrived to work at his appointed time. He went directly to his job, had all his tools ready and in order. He disposed of all his trash daily, including making arrangements for dumpster delivery and pick-up. He worked steadily, and sat down only for lunch. He cleaned the site daily before leaving and was careful to leave nothing harmful for our dog to pick up. His demeanor was professional and pleasant at all times. Our deck is a work of professional pride and beauty...we are very proud of it and would recommend Mr. Zach Tanner without hesitation. Mr. & Mrs. John Parkinson, owners.
