We needed to find a different contractor after our original contractor backed out of the remodeling job before actually getting started. This left us in a panic as we'd already secured funding for the project, and we had a completion deadline we needed to meet..
Tandem Moose Builders responded to our inquiry right away, and within days they started working on the project, attempting to work with the original contractor's estimate that left them with a lot of problem areas to work through.
I might add that our home is an older home, but they worked through the problem areas persistently and professionally. We did need to find additional funding because of other issues that needed to be resolved, but they were quite patient while we worked through that.
We appreciated their expertise, honesty, and their impeccable work ethics, as well as how fast they completed the job under undue circumstances.
We'd highly recommend them for any building or remodeling project one might have.
