We are 3/4 of the way finished with our David Tanner custom home. From the very beginning, David has been insightful and diligent in crafting the perfect home for us. He has taken us from a general idea, to VR design, to building the home. Because of the VISUAL REALITY, we are getting exactly what was shown to us ....including minute details as to paint color, lighting fixtures, appliances, cabinets, etc.

David Tanner is certainly an accomplished Master Builder but it all starts with his VR design work. Simply put, David is an artist with the ability to both design the house of your dreams and build it to your approved specifications. I know because he did just that for me and my wife.
From our first meeting to the final punch list he exhibited a willingness to listen to our desires while bringing added value to our “Daydream” project. His attention to detail never waned.
Talent, knowledge and professionalism are his stock-in-trade. He’s a good person who is (usually) easy to work with. I highly recommend David and his company.
