We purchased a gas fireplace for our small addition in 2015 from Taproot and they installed it during construction.
Some of the people at the store can be a bit hard to get along with, but they had exactly what we wanted, so we overlooked that and purchased the fireplace. After the decision, we found them to be very easy to get along with. Their installation people were great. They worked well with our contractor getting the permits (both JCC and the HOA). When the contractor was ready for them to install the unit, they never missed a day, worked closely with the on-site foreman, and did a very good job including us selecting tile for the fireplace.
