    First of all, buy a vacuum cleaner for your guys to vacuum dust as it's created when you work in people's furnished homes; that’s what quality residential plumbers do. You don’t come in a home where people are living and do the job as though you were on a construction site, with no protective equipment, proper tools for cleaning or consideration for people’s belongings. Also, even if there was no pandemic, workers should wear booties when entering a residence.

    Your guys closed the door from the bathroom to my closet but ignored the fact that it couldn't close all the way because it had a hanging shoe rack on it. So, they just ignored that fact and allowed my entire wardrobe and bedroom to get covered in debris. Thank you for that. Had we known, we could have removed the shoe rack so the door could be closed all the way.

    Further, when we initially agreed on $385 for the job, there was no mention of an additional charge if you couldn’t enter the wall through sheetrock from another room vs. the marble where the problem was. You don't show up at someone's home and try to extort an extra $200 from them because you think you can get away with that because the people are desperate to stop a leak in their home “during a pandemic.” Totally immoral. Totally sleazy. Not that this is even relevant, because it isn't, but it took your guys an extra +/- 20 minutes to go through marble than sheetrock. And, unlike your guys initially estimated, it didn’t take breaking up to 10 marble rectangles or so much extra time. That was a total exaggeration to make asking for an extra $200 totally legitimate.

    They quickly cut the proper shape opening on 3 rectangles. They should be able and prepared to work in bathrooms. They expected my wife to clear a totally packed walk-in closet in order to break through the wall to make their job a little easier.

    After finally agreeing to accept the pre-agreed up price, paying them that and a tip both in cash, the boss, Frank, called the next morning and tried to bully us. Instead of apologizing for the whole ordeal, he threatened to put a lien on our property if we didn’t pay the extra $200. Tasco has now been banned from our building. Beware of Tasco Plumbing!
