This is their motto: “Our work ethic is a reflection of our personal integrity.”
If this is true, then they are all dishonest individuals (Justin Harris, Paul Aguire, Beatriz Aguire)Justin Harris, the owner of this company, is just terrible at what he does; only a terrible person would leave a customer's house the way they left ours. We hired them to fix our house several months ago. After several months, they kept changing workers and still did not finish the job; they eventually left the project uncompleted after taking our money.
We contacted them several times, they initially promised to return to complete the job and repair the damages caused by their men, but as of today, no one is returning our calls anymore. Instead, they left piles of dirty, unfinished floorings, damaged furniture, etc.
I have read some of their responses to negative reviews, they leave the same copy and paste responses all the time. they would claim they stop working because of “hostile environment” “your project turned out beautiful” when in fact they have stopped coming to work and not returning phone calls. They usually just hire random workers and there is no one supervising anything these workers do; so you just hope and pray it turns out well.
Do not hire them, they are unreliable.
MY HOUSE IS IN A COMPLETE MESS, I'M DEEPLY SADDENED BY HOW THEY HAVE TREATED US SO FAR.

Task Force NTX was amazing! They were fairly priced and finished the work quick and on schedule. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

They hired random contractors to work on my project. There was no one to Supervise. Justin Harris didn’t respond to my concerns in a timely manner. My floors are uneven and there were so many mistakes made that I now have to pay someone else to fix them. My house was left dirty and everything Harris told me he would do was a lie. Horrible communication, no attention to detail, can’t manage his contractors and very disrespectful. Would never hire again.

PART 1
Well...... My experience with Justin Harris began around the 2nd week in May when I met him and what he said Joseph was his trainee. We spoke for a while, and he decided to reveal that he was the owner of the company, we discussed the asthetics of my home but I also told him 3 times that my home was damaged due to the rolling blackouts back in February on the 16th 2021. My home had to be gutted all the way pretty much from sheetrock cut out all thruoughout my home 2 ft from the floor, and 1 wall on the other side of the kitchen from floor to ceiling. The Mitigation team didn't get into my home for 1 month after the damages and standing water left about 6 inches had dried up by then. Their bill alone was $44, 585.54 to clean up my home and store what contents I was able to salvage. Justin looked me dead in my eyes and told me I quote: " EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT MY COMPANY ARE ALL EX MILITARY AND THIS IS WHAT WE DID OVER IN AFGANISTAN" unquote: At this point thinking I want to show a way to thank our guys serving our country, I sign the agreement with him. A small red flag was it took them another whole month around 2 week in June to start. Here We GO!!
1st: He hired subcontractors to work in my home (SUBPAR, INEXPERIENCED IT SEEMS SOME MEN OFF THE STREET).
2md: They damaged everything they touched from putting in the sheetrock to attempting to putting my lamanate wood down WITHOUT... ANY underlay paper.
3RD: I would go by my home every Friday to check on the progress, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I WALKED OUT OF MY FRONT DOOR DAMN NEAR IN TEARS.
4TH: I would call Justin every time and send him pictures of what his workers messed up. WHEN THEY WERE THERE WORKING BECAUSE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, THE LEAD SUB CONTRACTOR GEORGE WOULD TELL ME, THAT JUSTIN IS NOT PAYING HIM RIGHT SO HE HAS TO LET HIS WORKERS GO TO OTHER PROJECTS WHERE THEY CAN GET PAID!!! So, while they were at my home, they TREATED MY HOME LIKE A OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL FACILITY AND TRASHED IT OUT.
5th: The workers took a dump in my toilets, even though they knew my water wasn't on they didn't even have the common decency to pour water on down the toilets to flush out their business, just left their waste in my toilets.
6TH: Going back to how my home was damanged, I come to find out there were 6 pipes busted in my Attic, which 1 of those pipes was to the HVAC where I thought it was only 1, Justin supposedly experienced in doing this kind of work didn't start out repairing the pipes OR find out what caused the problem of damages, he had to be reminded by me to check them upon which I was under the impression he had someone working on them or had corrected them, I was having a phone conversation with him one day and happened to mention: have the pipes been fixed, he immediately got quite.
He then said, " I thought the pipes had already been fixed", auhhh can I call you back, this was around the ending of July.
7th: Justin calls a HVAC person to come over to check the damages to my pipes, I specifically asked him to send me a copy of the invoice from the HVAC person before he submits it to my adjuster, needless to say, he didn't and I come to find out days later by my insurance adjuster calling me and asking 2 specific question> Ms. Williams do you live in a 2 story home? I replied> No, Then he asked> Ms. Williams what's the square footage on your home again? I replied> 1294, then I asked him why was he asking me these questions? He replied we received a invoice bill for your HVAC system for over $13,000.00, with no description of what's wrong with it, all he said is this is what it's going to cost to replace it. I stated to him well I was told that a new unit for my home would be in the range of $5 - $7000, he replied your correct.
8TH: 1 week later I get a call from an HVAC investigator company telling me they have been hired to come check out my unit and they wanted to know what day they can come by.
9TH: I meet the investigator at my home, he inspects all but 20 minutes altogether inside my attic and outside with my unit.
10TH: I get a call from my adjuster telling me that my claim for the unit will be denied due to normal wear and tear. We went back and forth on this issue and I uploaded receipts where I had had all the parts replaced with new one the year before in 2020.
Then still denied. I asked the adjuster to escalate the call to his manager. The manager calls me and tells me that Justin also sent them a supplement letter stating: MS. WILLIAMS HVAC UNIT NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S OLD AND WE CAN'T BUY THE PARTS"... Come to find out after receiving the letter, it was his trainee: Joseph that he allowed to send this letter to my adjuster, to which I thought the manager was lying, but when he emailed me the copy, nothing on the supplement in verbiage to say WHY MY UNIT WAS DAMAGED, JUST IT'S TOO OLD!!!!!!!!
11TH: Justin admin Beatriz Aguire, whom might be related to Paul Aguire
