    Pool resurfacing, heater added, new light, new pump
    $7,875

    Stay away! He is not a business man. Will flat out like to you. Doesn't finish the job but will call you numerous times to set up appointments and not show up. This is after you pay him half up front! He ordered us a heater to install, paid it, then he sold our unit to someone else. But he WILL talk your ear off try to come off as a "good old boy". No guarantee or warranty papers either, and all of these headaches for only 7500.00 plus another 375.00 towards another heater!@!

    I agree with the last review! This guy is an absolute con-man! He ordered materials for my pool job in January and they are still sitting in my front yard! Jason Shawn Riggs (04/01/78) TX18223585 is not to be trusted!

    By far the worst experience with a contractor of any kind. Completely unreliable, totally untrustworthy, dishonest, and doesn't do very good work. If you need additional headaches, problems, and waste of time...call Jason Riggs. Completely bogus company and worthless service!!!!
