Buyers beware, I bought a new enclosed deep fryer. Its been a lemon since day one. The repair costs for two trips to repair it cost $5,000. I'm only open during the summer and for only 4 days a week. The repairs on the machine have nothing to do with our operation, its the quality of machine we have that is causing all the issues. They shouldn't even charge us to repair something that has nothing to do with us. The fire extinguisher goes off on its own. It constantly locks up and we have to unplug it daily because its a lemon!!! Ive told them every time something happens but because my rep is no longer with the company they have no record of my calling every week with her trying to figure out why its so glitchy !!! Super frustrating!! All they can say is that noone else has problems with theirs. Thats because they sold me a lemon!!! I will take this to court. Not only do I lose out on sales while I wait for them to repair it or get the parts but they way overcharge a customer for equipment that is faulty. Not happy whats so ever!!!
