We had our roof put on over two years ago. We have two skylightt which they replaced with new ones. Just this month 2 1/2 years later we had the skylights tinted and while the gentleman was up on the ladder he took pictures which showed there was a two inch gap all around where the new skylights sat. This was allowing the hot attic air into the house. When we called Taylor Made Roofing they sent someone out right away to look at it. After several days of not hearing anything, we called and were told that was a contracting job and they did not do contracting. They also said they would not help us pay for it to be done. We have had high electric bills and I feel sure this contributed to it. When the roofer came in and checked there work they said nothing about the gap. Had we not had the windows tinted we may never had known about this. Had they repaired this it would have been fine. If you are going to do a job, do it completely, not half way for the customer to find out down the road.
