They tried to SCAM me. Called to get a quote on cutting trees. Made an appt for them to come by so I can show them what wanted done. They never showed up. Left a message 2 weeks later. They finally called me back a week after I left the message with a quote so they must have been wandering around my property when I wasn't home. I asked them when they will be able to get it done. They told me sometime in the next 2 weeks. Never heard from them again to schedule an appt so I got someone else to cut them. Yesterday, over 3 weeks since my last contact with them, they show up at my house at 8am and start cutting the branches. No phone call or knock at the door saying they were coming. I had my dog running around the yard. No call asking to take the dog out of the yard so he doesn't get hurt. Luckily, someone was home to tell them that we already had the work done. I got a phone call from the manager and he said he never got a message that I canceled it and that I was pulling a scam. What kind of business just shows up and starts doing work on your property without telling the owners you are coming and then accuses me of scamming them. If no one was home to tell them to leave, then they would have continued trimming trees that I already had trim and expected me to pay them. They are the ones who tried to pull a SCAM. They were pissed that I got someone else to do it so they thought they could just show up and SCAM money out of me.
