Great experience working with Jesse to replace our roofs (main house and garage) after a hail storm. In getting an estimate, Jesse was responsive to questions and made sure we knew the details of the work ahead of time -- he was especially kind with my elderly mother, and put her at ease with what seemed to her like a massive job. On the job, the crew was fast and efficient and left the area in great shape. I especially appreciated that Jesse was willing to deal with repairing a skylight/built-in solar hot water heating system, rather than taking it out completely, as some other roofers had advised. The new skylight is better than before--and so are the roofs, as we now have metal on both and better weather protection.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of Jesse and TBC Contracting. He took time to explain the science around proper roofing and attic ventilation and provide options in different price ranges. The quality of work is of the highest level and the crew was thorough in their cleanup. Price was competitive, especially for the quality of the overall experience. I take great joy in providing a very positive review for TBC General Contracting, LLC. The company re-roofed my Albuquerque home almost five years ago. The work was done on budget, in time, and professionally.

I am prompted to write this review because of the excellent follow up provided by TBC General Contracting. Recently, my insurance carrier threatened to discontinue coverage because a Google Earth image suggested to them that the roof was old and dated. Why? because it was covered with sand. Welcome to the Southwest. After almost five years, TBC General Contracting was able to provide photos and other documentation to demonstrate that the roof had been installed recently and professionally.

Some firms do business as if they will never do another deal with you again. Not so with TBC Contracting. They showed me they want to keep my business for the next time too. Well done.

We learned of TBC from our neighbor and reached out to Jesse Naylor who scheduled time to talk with us about his estimation methods and timeline. We were immediately impressed with his professional approach, aerial photographic dimensioning capability, and warranty options. Having learned of his company, we began to notice the distinctive touches of his installation: distinctive ridge vents and Z-step hips, and attractive flashing. His quote ended up being right in the middle of the other two we obtained and he was the only one who could complete the job within the next month. He kept us appraised of progress and his crews were meticulous about cleaning up and worked very productively even in very hot temperatures. We 100% recommend TBC General Contracting and am very appreciative of the work they did to enhance our home!! Save yourself a headache and just go with them - you and your home will be better for it!

TBC was recommended by a friend based on the previous work he had done on his roof so I decided to request a quote from them. When I first met with Jesse, we walked the roof and explained what would be done and where my issues were. His bid was competitive and based the recommendation for his past work, we contracted him. Our experience with TBC has been excellent from beginning to end. His staff replaced the roof in a day and a half and was only delayed due to waiting for city inspections to be completed. The completed work is excellent and the crew cleaned up all debris and nails before leaving. I highly recommend TBC based on their work on my roof.

Our rental house needed a roof, so we decided to get 2 different quotes. Don't waste your time, just go with Jesse at TBC. The price was 1/3 cheaper and the roof was done in 2 weeks. Working with Jesse Naylor as the Foreman from TBC back in 2017, was a decision we will never regret. He and his crew took care of our roofing needs when most of ABQ was getting scammed by those "fly-by-night" contractors.
Anything we were concerned about or had questions to ask, Jesse made himself available to us (even though he was working much bigger projects than our residential house); he addressed everything with concise and professional mannerisms.
When the job was done, Jesse's customer service wasn't. We've contacted him for questions over the years for friends and what-nots. He always got back with us in a reasonable amount of time, with good information. Jesse has many contacts that he works with, and he has referred us to several reputable business associates.

Need a roof? I recommend TBC General Contracting for your next job. Jesse and his crew just completed my roof and did a fantastic job. We were given several choices of color and prices ranges for the shingles and received the one we chose. His estimate was spot on, within our budgt and we were not surprised with any extra costs. In addition to the roof, Jesse explained why we needed adequate attic ventilation to keep the house cooler in the summertime. Three attic turban vents and soffit vents were installed as a result of calculating my attic space and the venting needed. The crew was polite and cleaned up after the job nicely.
