I think one star is actually saying too much. This company (AKA Ricky Ratcliff, the owner) has been HORRIBLE to work with. I am about to go through a law suit with them. My home was damaged by the tornado in April of this year. I hired this construction company to do the work. Very manipulative man and tells you what you want to hear. Basically he took my insurance money and thinks he's not going to do the work. This is a very SHADY company and I would not hire them EVER for anything! He doesn't return phone calls or messages either. Can't wait to get my money back and hire someone else! Good luck:)

You are right about him. You should of done a search on him online by entering his name and address. Along with your post, he has 8 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and has been arrested in Walker County on August 11, 2011 for " ISSUANCE OF BAD CHECKS" with a mug shot according to the Media Intake Summary Report for Walker County Sheriff's office and also arrested on January 10, 2010 for Six Counts of Deposit Account fraud published with the Times Free Press from the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office.
