Zero Rating....He took downpayment of > 9k and Did not do the job. Does not have licensing as a roof contractor and then started the game play of why he can’t do the work. The Subcontractor on the contract he issued was not aware he was on project and does not even know who Mike Haley is or even familiar with my address. There are fraudulent activities and this is not fair. I have lost my money to deceptive practices. You as a company should do something about this. There has to be a few ethical people left in society. I implore you to do something..I did see one review about him and it said MONEY HUNGRY.. how appropriate.

We recently moved to Florida and am so happy we came across Mike and crew. The work was done really quickly, on time and he really knows his stuff. He was thorough, meticulous and his communication was beyond approach. We ended up using TC for our insurance / wind inspection as well. Can't say enough good. - Chuck

I have been using TC Home Inspections for almost 5 years now, and all of the work they do is above and beyond excellent. The customer service is so good that I would not use any other inspection company. The inspections are consistantly accurate, they are done by professional inspectors that are fully licensed in accordance with the state's requirements; not only are they polite, they can process rush inspections for closings and insurance premium reductions and requirments. worst experience I've ever had with a wind mit & roof inspection .... this guy and his wife, or sister (or very young assistant that had NO CLUE)...when you get the inspection pics, note the prison tats this douche bag has all over his hands......and avoid his weird GF or sister or child.. for any scheduling, as she seems to be "out of it" HORRIBLE and costly process w/ TC CONTRACTORS...I will bet they get a pay back for a negative report...lesson learned w/ this company and I hope I can save you the experience...bet my fees on that !
