Tim Freed installed a 60’x21” patio at my home. The work was so poor that I had no option other than removing it. Tim did not install any expansion joints, slope the concrete properly, or install any wire. Besides all of that, the finish was extremely bad. Tim refused to answer my calls. The concrete cracked in 6 places within weeks. I had to pay to have this patio removed and replaced properly. Tim owes me $15,000.

Tim Freed came to our farm and gave us a quote to put concrete outside our barn for drainage issues as well as to add a concrete patio. He rented equipment with $600 cash that we gave him up front. He gave us no receipt and said he would bring us a receipt the next day. He did not. He brought equipment out two days in a row and dug a two foot deep hole for a 4 inch concrete pad outside our barn. He claimed that it was raining in Cairo (we live in Vincent Ohio) so he couldn’t come the next day the concrete people said that he had rescheduled the delivery the week before because he had another job. So he lied about the rain. He knocked the track off the equipment both days he was here. Then he did not return after that and won’t return our calls. We have no receipt and had to fill the hole back in ourselves. I even tried to contact his wife Crystal and she too will not return our calls. My husband in a disabled vet. DO NOT USE THEM. They are liars and cheated us out of our money.

We hired tim to do a small house in Saint Marys WV and he started it cleaning the property, once he earned my trust, he asked for more money, but he was too slow on the project, always with a lot of excuses. When I asked to itemize the expenses, he got all upset and stopped all communications with me, he just kept a lot of money. Tim is a liar and a crook.
