This company- Carlos Chavez- was paid to replace the entire roofing paper on my small home. Carlos went to my home and worked on the project for 2 days. He stated that himself and his team had completed the job and that his "work" had a year warranty. A couple of weeks it rained. There is now a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom- which to start with, was never occurring before the "job". Secondly, this was an ENTIRE Roof project. Not a patch it up here n there. I called Carlos. He answered and made an appointment for a few days later. The day before the appointment, he called and rescheduled. The Day came n went - No sign of Carlos and no phone call. I called, I texted and even wrote him a letter. To this day, he has failed to reply, answer the calls or simply show up to fix his shootie job. I have been patient but it is obvious that this guy is just a scammer. Be ware!

Carlos Chavez is a grifter. He convinced us he could fix our roof. We paid over 18k. His team trampled our yard, coated the yard in foam and guess what, he didn't fix our roof. He made the issue worse. So much so that when selling the home we had to give a concession to the buyers. We attempted to pursue him through a lawyer. Carlos just doesn't answer. He doesn't care.
Next is a new legal route. This "company" is robbing people. Do not let them on your property.
