I have never written a negative review about anything in my life until today. First American Home Warranty and TCH Mechanical have been so unprofessional and dodged responsibility and accountability for it's contracted agents. I have had a matter starting on May 23 and still through today Aug 6 has not been resolved. I have called more than 20 time and never received a call back, one live after another. My Tennant's call and as of today still no AC. Claims Resolution is a joke, because the resolve has been not to respond. Contractors have told me that they have been lied to. Damage was caused by your contractors and you tell me it not your problem. I dont select the people in your network, you do and then you dont hold them accountable. I didn't cause the damage, you did. I have never been so disappointed or delt with such disingenuous people. I have never been rude or cursed you but have been frustrated and I should be. I have been a good playing customer for years. You should really be ashamed of yourself.
