TCT installed two units at our home at Toledo Bend, the humidity has never been right, David came and changed the set points for them to read correctly, in which he admitted. Jeff stated that they would put in a dehumdifier, we would pay for the dehumdifier cost of 1600.00, we agreed. Now NO ONE will call us back. We have left NUMEROUS messages, two ladies stated they had given the messages to Jeff and Dallas. This would never had happened when Jeff's Dad was running the company.
