Nearly 2 years after the roofs replacement, which was a lengthy nearly month long activity, my celling is dripping in my daughter's room. The number has been changed so i am Unable to contact TDS Contracting. As o had other roofing companies assist with identifying the issue, they each pointed out the same several problems with the roofs installation. Using words like "laziness," "negligence" and "inexperience" i am now left with thousands of dollars or repair work. Please don't let anyone use them.

I hired Tim to rehang gutters that were falling away from the house. He told me he couldn't rehang the gutters because the wood on the roof was all rotted. So I hired Tim to replace the roof. He needed 60% of the cost up front which I paid, then needed another 500 before the job even started. He finished the job and I paid the remaining balance. 2 days later I noticed metal was missing from the peak of the one side of the roof I called and texted him, after several attempts he said he was going to pick it up in a week. He never came back, never called nothing. Then I noticed during a heavy rain that water was coming from behind the gutters and over flowing I called Tim and no answer. The next day i climbed a ladder and my gutters were COMPLETELY filled with debri. Not leaves but old shingles, rotted wood, softball sized clumps of roofing nails even his shingle cutting knife. I again called him and no answer or return call. So we had to climb the roof and clean 1 and a half stories of gutters ourselves. We took over 6 grocery store bags of junk from the gutters. While there we noticed uncaulked nails, the side of the house connecting to the 2nd level the shingles were laying there with nothing to prevent water from going underneath. I tried to make 1 last attempt to Tim to fix this and nothing. Needless to say i took him to court, now placed a judgement against him and waiting to hopefully get the money I was awarded back to hire another roofer to do what he should've done correctly. If you use him make sure you are there to watch his ever move, take before and after pictures and don't pay him in full until the job is inspected.
