I have not one positive thing to say about this business. The owners are crooks. For a man to serve in the United States Army, he lacks integrity and is a scum bag. As it states on their website, he is a realtor, he should know the "ins" and "outs" of real estate. This couple purchased their home in Erie, Pennsylvania from an elderly couple approximately 2 years ago. They had a home inspection and purchased the home knowing what all the problems were. They have consistently harassed the couple since the purchase of the home. They are now pursuing a law suit on the couple. This should have been presented to the home inspector who is responsible for all problems of the home before purchase. The 70 year old couple would not intentionally hide problems of the property especially considering the man served proudly in the United States Navy. I wouldn't trust this couple to walk my dog let alone fix something on my house. They are sue happy people who find it amusing to cause anguish on people who have done nothing to them.
