For years, we talked about upgrading the upstairs bathrooms, but never did. When we finally reached out, Michael helped us see what was possible without breaking the budget or knocking down every wall. His team opened the shower wall, moved the plumbing lines, and added a skylight over the tub. We also reconfigured the cabinets for more usable storage. No extra square footage, just smarter use of what we had. Michael’s attention to timing made a big difference. There were no long gaps between steps, and every expert showed up ready. The bathroom is cleaner, functions better, and feels modern without losing character. That’s exactly what we hoped for when we started.

We weren’t planning to build an ADU this year, but circumstances changed. Found Jackie through a neighbor, and within a few weeks, we had plans drawn and permits submitted. He ran a tight crew, stayed communicative, and didn’t push us into features we didn’t want. The unit is about 950 sq. ft. with one bedroom, a small study, and a full kitchen. It’s straightforward and functional. Everything passed inspection clean. We’re happy with how it came out.

I wasn’t sure how much difference layout changes would make, but Jackie showed me exactly what was possible. His team didn’t waste time. They removed key barriers and helped bring the home up to date. The work was thoughtful and efficient. Quick and successful home remodel that turned our disconnected rooms into something we enjoy.

It began with a desire for more space to relax. What we ended up with was a spacious second family room with tall windows and excellent natural light. They managed the build from drawings to completion. Jackie oversaw the entire project. They had to extend the concrete slab, add new framing, and bring in support beams across the span. The space now flows better with the rest of our home and feels like it’s always been there.

Teamup Construction's team remodeled our kitchen by opening up the wall to the dining room and expanding the island. We retained the original footprint but relocated the range and hood to a more suitable wall and added new task lighting. The fridge was built into a custom cabinet enclosure for a cleaner, more integrated look. No delays, no gaps in communication. The process was simple and straightforward, and the final product matches how we actually use the space every day.

Jackie and his team took on our interior home remodel for us. The floor plan had strange cuts and tight corners. Instead of adding extensions, they suggested replanning the main walk paths. They demolished two walls and widened the entry into the main room. It doesn’t sound like much, but it made a huge difference. The floors, ceiling and walls are smooth, the spaces are bright, and every detail is well-done, like a proper home.

Our kitchen was outdated and closed off from the rest of the home, so I worked with Michael to move everything, sink, oven, fridge, to a better spot. That meant pulling up the subfloor and starting from scratch. The team did new plumbing and electric lines, then installed LVP flooring, quartz counters, and new cabinets. It’s open to the living area and works so much better. Glad we did it.

For our kitchen, Jackie and Michael suggested adding square footage out toward the back garden and raising the ceiling. His crew poured a new slab, built out the addition, and installed a ridge beam so we could vault it. We’ve got a big island, walk-in pantry, and tall windows. The cabinets are higher, and we have room to cook and move around.

The master bathroom had an odd layout with a tiny shower and no space for storage. In consultation with Michael and Jackie, we used part of the hallway and removed one interior wall to create a better flow. They put in a structural beam, moved the toilet, and added built-in shelves and drawers. The glass shower they installed is double the size of what we had before. They kept the plan simple, and the remodel moved fast. It has been a success.
