Poor workmanship and communication. We had vinyl fencing installed. Worst mistake I've made with deciding on a contractor. Post are not sturdy, top panel falls out on several sections, gaps in the tongue and groove, covers were cut too short. All these things I've mentioned, I had to advocate for repair when they were blatantly obvious. I'm all for supporting family owned businesses which is why we choose them...although it took months for a return call even after we got an estimate. BBB complaint states exactly the same challenges we had. They were also a little cheaper but we received cheap workmanship and integrity, unfortunately.

Got and accepted a quote. Company ghosted us and we haven't heard from them in months. Unfortunately this delay cost us a lot of money as prices have gone up. Go with a different company!

I got good value for the price and it was erected in June as they told me.
I had 2 other fence companies from the Dunn area that met me at the worksite but failed to get back with me on a quote as they had promised. I called 2 other fence companies that were to busy to meet me and only wanted to quote a price over the phone based on the fence footage. I was refered to TEBCO that was 30 miles from me by the man I got gravel from. TEBCO came, marked off the worksite with me so to avoid confusion, and had a quote back to me within a week. I asked Mr. Brown about the above negative reviews and he explained how in those instances, some people are very hard to satisfy.
