The defective component that needed to be replaced was in a high inconvenient place ( the roof of our two story colonial).
Steve accepted the job but he was very deliberate and methodical in planning the project to make it safe. He worked on a hot roof in the afternoon sun and got the job done perfectly. Tecc Systems are my electricians for the long term.
