I was fortunate to have Daniel, the owner of Tech-noir to help me do my backyard landscape. He was knowledgeable when I had a question. The first time he came to my house to do estimate and planning, he stayed almost two hours to answer all my questions and broke down all the cost of things I wanted or considered to do. He told me all the pros and cons about my ideas and gave me his professional insights and recommendation. He was very helpful and professional. Daniel knows what he can or can't do and he let you know if something you asked for is beyond him.
Unlike many other contractors, Daniel never asked me for more money throughout the project. After we decided on the cost, Daniel made sure that everything we agreed to be built was met even if he needed to bring an extra ton of rocks or purchasing extra parts.
During the actual project, Daniel always gave me a head-up on what he was doing and planning to do. Starting from irrigation system, Daniel was very patient with my concerns and patiently removed and replant the plants I had.
Before laying the rocks, Daniel explained to me the options and made sure that the color tone looked nice and seamless. The most important is that he made sure I am okay before laying the rocks. He also cleaned the debris and rocks that were originally in the backyard.
Daniel handpicked the trees I want to plant and help me find the correct pavers to match the builder's.
My backyard looked very nice after the project is done. Daniel also made sure that all debris and trash were removed and the street was clean before he left.
Daniel also trimmed and cleaned my frontyard as well. One of the pipes in my frontyard was broken long ago and he took the time to find the replacement parts and replaced it for me. The parts needed were no longer being made but Daniel still went all out to find me the replacement.
All in all, I am very satisfied and I would recommend anyone who want to get his or her yards done to hire Tech-noir. I certainly will ask Daniel again for any future project.
