My experience working with Ted Piland started bad and got worse. His work was very unprofessional and substandard. He did not complete one project before starting another. He left garbage and debris throughout He did not follow simple requests. He had no regard for personal property. His average work day was approximately 3 hours. He did not obtain proper permits for work and did not have required inspections. He did not follow grade and standard requirements. Window installation did not pass egress and had to be redone by another contractor. All my belongings were covered by tarp in front yard for 3 months He acted as if having a permit for marijuana allows him to smoke it on the job. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
