These ppl are a bunch of CROOKS. They installed an outdoor unit at my house, charged me to replace the lines and never replaced them. I have a written estimate stating that they were going to replace the lines. When I called them and I quote randy saying "your unit worked when we installed it, not my problem now i'm done with you" It is still under warranty, 2 months later it now doesn't work and this hack shop of a business will not honor their warranty.
