They did not wear a mask in my home which I find odd seeing that COVID-19 is going around. They damaged my blinds, hard wood floors, my banister, my new tiles that they installed, water spout and broke my glass light shade.
My damaged water spout now has two holes in it because they placed some large heavy object on top of it. They did a sloppy job of installing the towel racks. They painted the vents and because of that I'm not able to adjust the position of the vent anymore since they painted it.
The towel racks were not leveled so I asked them to fix that which they did. They painted my outlet, and the metal switch plate were the door meets and because of that the door can't complete close properly. They left paint on my light switches. If they covered the light switches then there wouldn't of been paint on their. They threw their garbage and recyclings in my garbage can. They spilled some toilet water on my rub. Thankfully it was clean toilet water.
They left their dirty hand print on the door frame. They left caulking on my door. They did a sloppy job with spackling the wall and because of that parts of the wall is lumpy. They needed to sand down the lumpy parts that they spackled. There are tiny holes in the wall that probably should of been spackled too.
They did a good job installing the stuff but a terrible job doing the finishing work. They brought in mud and dirt which were on my floors. They shouod of covered my floors with a tarp to protect my floors. They came back to clean the upper level floors. The price that was offered for the remodeling was a reasonable price. I'm disappointed that they didn't really do a fantastic job remodeling my rooms. I shouldn't of had to go over their work and find things that need to be fix.
The contractor was nice and he explained what needed to be done and he gave me a detailed bill and broke it down so I knew what each item was cost explained the cost. They came on time which was good. They did a good job of installing the lights and other appliances.
