Still in the process of having our home built with Tekton Homes, I would say our home is being built by Tekton Homes except they seem to have had to hire or bring into the fold another separate sub contractor named IQ Home Builders to complete build jobs already started by Tekton as a result communication is poor and our build job is behind schedule closing will apparently be set back an entire month for completion. Communication with IQ Home Builders is equally poor. Not pleased to see other homes completed and occupied when their build job was started after our home. I am confident that the home will be completed eventually but it will be 9 months since the signed contract building if they finish in October as presently said. This Builder does not seem interested in addressing customer concerns so there will be a need to redo some items when we finally get possession. The home will meet the standard building practices as required and it will look great but nothing extra.
