A/C-heating system SEARS installed for me. Their crew came out to my house @ 9:35 am & completed the entire job @ 5:10 pm also took a 30 min lunch break! I have not seen such a group of men so friendly (mostly latino) & so absolutely completely knowledgeable as well as utterly "thorough" in the quality of their not only workmanship but co-ordinated skill level that I found astonishing!!! It has been 56 years since I worked with a group of men at that kind of skill level while a soldier during the cold war with Russia-a very dangerous time to be a 20 minute tank ride from a czechoslavakian Russian tank regiment ready for war with the us-the 12th. Armored division straubing Germany. I am a serious craftsman (german) & I know a real tradesman when I see one-it only takes me about 10 minutes to know! In 74 years of living I have only seen two such group of men( 1) : 8th. Ordnance co. 1st. d.s. platoon,straubing Germany 1961-64 & (2) : the sears men that day at my house period!
