This organization rips off students! They will not refund the full security deposit at the end of a lease! Their broker stated that they always charge renters $200 to clean and paint the apartment once vacated! Beware students and parents as the apartment you are considering to rent will not be clean or painted prior to moving in! Standard practice is to keep a portion of your security!
They should not even get one star for a rating! Temple U off campus living please check out this LLC!
