I had an horrible experience with this company! I am contacting an attorney, the news,attorney general, BBB, contractors board, yelp and any other site I can get on. On July 30th I signed a contract with Brighthaus. This is what they offered me, a free battery, a replacement window, which is very large, upkeep of my roof, free inspection once a year of my panels, $200, 4% of 30%, no payments for 2 months. Tempo deceived me, came to my house on 9-1-22, I have never contacted them, the only company I have ever called was Brighthaus. The man that showed up from Tempo said they are going to refinance me, I said, you have already done that, he said they are doing it one more time to get me a better rate and have my panels installed quicker. Long story short. I have panels, 2 contracts with: different companies and cannot get Tempo to answer a call back since I had an awful meeting with them, that they said they would charge me to take them off. Not really sure what kind of company would scam a widow on disability. They no they were offering nothing and jumped right on in at the end! Horrible company, I will not stop until everyone possible knows what type of company this is. Please say a prayer for me! Thank you for listening. I’ll be writing quite a few of these complaints!
