Brad and his son did a great job fixing my AC system after a prior improper installation resulted in my house being flooded. They were on time for our appointment, were thorough in their investigation of the problem (including investigating drain lines under my house in 90-degree temperatures), helped me navigate the home warranty coverage, and fixed the problems in my system. Brad was fantastic to work with - carefully explaining the system and its problems, then explaining the fixes they would do, until I felt I completely understood what was happening in my home. He did an excellent job in the repair and I would heartily recommend their services.

Slow service and response time. When I phoned to get an update on when parts would arrive and give another service instructions his voice mailbox was full. A full week and unit still not repaired. Meanwhile, temperatures are in the single digits and heat pump is still out.
